   Grinding wheel special for grinder machine,it has kinds of materials grains size and hardness,made by inorganic combination.It has high brittleness and automatic.The grinding wheel has not been revised during made,and can not burning the workpiece when used,it can not stick grinder filings,So, It is suitable for grinding the metal materials with high compressive strength,little thermal conductivity and high toughness.When use,it adopt wet grinding(use water or enulsifier).The revolutions per second must between10-20metre.

Carriage and Storage
Handkle gently,prevent to been collided.It must use thermal insulation materials(as foamed plastics)under the grind wheels when carrige in winter.Please storage at 40℃-75℃　with ventilation and dry .It must be prevented tl cold,freeze,wet,damp.To prevent to be out lf shape,please place on the level board,and the height have not over 10 pieces.

Points for attention when using
1.The grinding wheel must be checked before used,and beaten with wood hammer,If listen double voice or dumb voice,the grinding wheel cannot be used.
2.Attention even pressure arround when installing the grinding wheel.
3.After installed,please empty turning 2-3 minutes,and frinding after normal turning.
4.Before stop the machine,it must stop supplied water,then empty turning 3-5minutes.
5.Each grinding wheel must be used up after uninterrupted working in 3-5 days.If stop used in progress,it must be disassembled,and use after dry tl original level.
